The Restoration Industry Association (RIA) serves and represents the interests of the commercial and residential restoration and cleaning industries by promoting the highest ethical standards; providing education, professional qualification and certification opportunities; positively influencing regulations and governmental actions; and advancing the safety, image, efficiency, and competitiveness of industry members.

 

Representing over 20,000 cleaning and restoration professionals from 1,200 firms, specializing in textiles, environmental issues, and restoration, RIA provides credibility, education and business improvement events to maximize industry exposure and to advance knowledge in the cleaning and restoration industry. Americans with Disability Act

A federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in employment, state and local government, transportation, telecommunications, public accommodations, and commercial facilities. ADA Title II: Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities provide mandatory architectural standards for new construction and alterations to meet access requirements. (U.S. Dept. of Justice).
