RIA’s Martin L. King Award Presented to Philip J. McLaughlin

Columbia, MD – The Restoration Industry Association (RIA), formerly the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration, presented the Martin L. King Award at its annual Convention & Exhibition in Palm Springs, Calif., this month.

Given annually, the Martin L. King Award recognizes exceptional service and dedication to restoration. This years’ award was presented posthumously to Philip J. McLaughlin, CR, for his years of service and dedication to the industry.

His son, Ryan McLaughlin of Belfor, accepted on his father’s behalf. “My father would be so honored and humbled to receive this award,” said McLaughlin. “Thank you for recognizing him in a way that would so much to him. He truly did love this industry.”
