Building on its past success, RIA offers two types of webinars:
	Brown Bag Webinars Focused on more technical, restoration-type topics.
	WorkPlace Webinars Geared for the internal office staff of restoration member companies – specifically Human Resource (HR), Marketing or Operations Managers/Directors, and Administrative Staff.
Everyone can benefit from the information – all at an affordable price.  (Sign up your location and pack the lunch room!)
Always held on Wednesdays, the objective of all RIA webinars are to open the doors for specific topics geared for the, delivered in an easy-to-access, 60-minute, affordably-priced format.

Go-To-Meeting is the webinar delivery mechanism. Register through RIA for the webinar of your choice, and you will be sent a direct link where you will be prompted to RSVP for the webinar with Go-to-Webinar. Go-to-Webinar will automatically send you your specific login to the webinar (only one person may register off this personalized link). You will also receive periodic reminders from Go-to-Webinar about the time and date of your webinar.

System requirements for PC-based participants:

-Internet Explorer 7.0 or newer, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or newer or Google Chrome 5.0 or newer (JavaScript and Java enabled)

-Windows 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server

-Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection

-Minimum of Pentium class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows Vista)

System requirements for Mac-based participants:

-Safari 3.0 or newer, Firefox 3.0 or newer or Google Chrome 5.0 or newer (JavaScript and Java enabled)

-Mac OS X 10.4.11 – Tiger or newer

-Intel processor (512 MB of RAM or better recommended)

-Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection

Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone and speakers. (A USB headset is recommended.)

For Attendees with GoToMeeting app for iPad:

-Free GoToMeeting app from the App Store

-Organizer must be using GoToMeeting v4.0 build 320 or higher

-WiFi connection to use VoIP
