  MSB Disaster Recovery Services, Inc. is a Restoration General Contractor seeking a Project Manager with Specific experience in restoration construction, scoping and estimating losses using XACTIMATE software, (THOSE WITHOUT XACTIMATE PROFIENCY NEED NOT APPLY), and Project Sales ability. MUST have experience working with insurance adjusters. Must be professional with excellent interpersonal communications skills, be detailed-oriented, organized, possess a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Position would be based in our San Diego County offices located in Escondido, CA.

  Job responsibilities include: settling claims, creating bids, invoicing, managing budges and job costs, coordinating sub-contractors, leading and directing all workers on job sites, scheduling jobs, and managing inventory.
