Technical Advice
Viewed as the top experts in their field, technical advisors, Martin L. King, CR, ASA and Dr. Steve Spivak Ph.D. have provided irreplaceable technical advice and laboratory support and to members in the Restoration Industry Association, formerly known as ASCR, for more than a quarter century.
As an RIA member, you can receive four FREE consultations per year (valued at $350 per consultation) to help your business get answers to technical challenges you have in providing property cleaning and restoration services. Take advantage of the industry’s most knowledgeable experts in restoration, particle analysis, fibers, textiles and furnishings.
A deposit is required for all consultations. RIA will refund deposits within two business days for members’ first four (free) consultations. Any additional consultations may be billed at a rate of $175 per consultation for members. Non-members may purchase consultation service from RIA technical advisers for $350 per event. Upon placing your order a RIA employee will contact you to discuss your consultation needs. |
