Exhibition
The ASCR Exhibition will feature 140 booths with more than 90 exhibitors showcasing the latest tools and equipment that restoration and cleaning professionals are using today. From displays to hands-on demonstrations, Solutions attendees get to do more than just kick the tires…you get to "test drive" the equipment before you buy it. Because ASCR's event hosts attendees from owners to crew leaders, you'll find the top suppliers and innovations at the Solutions exhibition.

Keynote Presentation
Solutions attendees are ambitious leaders who want to grow their businesses. What differentiates one company from another? Is it technical knowledge? Cost control? Creative marketing? Or is it the quality of customer service that you provide? The first and lasting impressions of every service experience are created by front line employees. And if your first team isn't delivering or getting the back-up support needed from your admin staff, then your business could wind up on the bench.

This year's keynote speaker is the dynamic Chip Bell, who will reveal what it takes to create passionately devoted customers. The author of 16 books on delivering extraordinary service, Bell understands the challenges and value of constantly providing outstanding customer support. Bell will help you to see your organization as your customers do…through your employees. And he'll show you how to provide the service leadership your employees expect. Bell uses humor, research and cutting-edge ideas to illustrate how you can achieve and deliver consistent, unforgettable, magnetic service.

It's Not All Work
The Westin Savannah Golf Resort and Spa features an 18-hole championship course designed by Bob Cupp and Sam Snead, and is the home of the PGA's Champions Tour Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf Tournament. The full-service Greenbrier Spa is modeled after its more famous sister spa at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The resort is also a short water taxi ride from the historic downtown area featuring unique shops and world-class restaurants.

And for Spouses...
Throughout the convention, there will be a special networking room for spouses, providing an informal opportunity to make new acquaintances or renew old friendships. A "meet and greet" reception will be held from 4:00-5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15th, and Ellen Amirkhan, CRS, will give a special presentation entitled, "What Consumers Should Know about Buying Rugs" on Thursday, March 16th from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
