Restoration Conference

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE:

Turbulent times call for long-range planning, smart strategies, exceptional service, and above all, adapting to change. This is your chance to hear experts from inside and outside of the industry discuss these must-know topics:

  • Good to Great — Applying this concept to the restoration industry as modeled by different distribution, drying, construction and reconstruction firms.

  • Working for Profit — The goal is to keep more of what you make and our two specialists will help you avoid the pitfalls while effectively planning for your future.

  • The Impact of Loss on Clients and Employees — Learn how to deal with clients in the aftermath of their loss, how post traumatic stress disorder can affect workers and how to reduce workplace stress.

  • Promoting from the Field — How to select, mentor and promote supervisors from within your company.

  • Business Management — An in-depth look at when and how to buy or sell; how to handle fleet administration; and effective ways to track equipment and control rolling costs.

  • Super Saturday — Three different career tracks will cover the issues pertinent to your business success:

    • Water Damage — A pilot program for the new ASCR certification program.
    • Crew Leader — Training field personnel to supervise projects more effectively
    • Job Processing Program — Executive-level computer course on job tracking software
