*Registration fee includes lunch and refreshments*

Project & Risk Management is a two-day course that is a prerequisite for those pursuing their advanced certifications. It is also open to those who want to obtain continuing education credit and advance their professional knowledge. This interactive class is designed for the more experienced owner, manager, trainer, estimator or project manager who wants to improve their deliverables on larger, more complex projects. Additionally, the legal and risk management portion of the class will help one to navigate the legal issues, collections and “red flags” that frequently show up on projects. You will learn the three constraints associated with managing a project; the phases of the project life cycle, the planning tools and needed documentation. Take your project management skills to the next level and improve your company’s restoration business.
