At the International Restoration Convention and Industry Expo you will have numerous opportunities to network and socialize with your peers in the industry. See below for a sampling of what the convention has to offer:

Wednesday, April 5

4:00 – 5:00 p.m.

New Member and First Time Attendee Reception     

Join new RIA members, as well as first time convention attendees, in this special reception where you will learn more about the association and the convention. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with RIA staff and leaders and have any questions answered. Take this time to network with your fellow peers who are new to RIA and the convention.This is an informal reception designed to make new contacts and help you learn more about the organization.

5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Opening Reception

Kick off the 2017 International Restoration Convention and Industry Expo with our Opening Reception. Join your fellow attendees, exhibitors and industry leaders for a night of networking, food and fun! Relax, reconnect with friends, and make new acquaintances while taking in the views of Palm Springs from the Jackie Lee Houston Plaza at the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel. All registered attendees are welcome to attend.

International Member Networking Event

Join your fellow attendees from Australia and Canada at the International Member Networking Event! This is your opportunity to exchange best practices and discuss challenges specific to your restoration and reconstruction industry.

Young Professionals' Discussion: If you want to be a Trailblazer, Get off the Trail

Are you a young professional, 36 years old and younger? Join RIA’s Young Professional Restorers Committees (YPRC) for a mentoring discussion on Thursday, April 6th from 5-6 PM. In this discussion on “If You Want To Be a Trailblazer, Get Off the Trail” five YPRC members have taken a deeper look into what it means for you or individuals within your company to set new trails and ideas. The following industry trailblazers will be speaking on personal and professional industry experience:
