RIA Project Management Course

RIA’s Project Management two-day course brings a restoration professional through the full life cycle and flow of a project; from when the phone rings to cashing the check. This course centers around the framework of project management but relates the information back to the industry in a very relevant way that would benefit any project manager.

The Project Management course is a prerequisite for RIA advanced pillar designations. By focusing on the first five steps of a project life-cycle (Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Project Performance, Project Close), this relatable course gives students tips and tricks to enhance their understanding of how to think ahead, plan effectively, and manage a well- organized and successful project.

Cancellation Policy The training course availability is limited to 30 attendees. Please be sure you are available to attend when registering. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to info@restorationindustry.org. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to event start date will not be granted a refund. Cancellations received 30 days prior to event start date will be granted a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Course registration can be transferred to another individual from the same company at least two weeks in advance of the event start date. Transfers will not be accepted within two weeks of the event start date. In the unlikely event, the training course must be canceled or rescheduled, RIA will contact you to register you for a comparable program.
