Having a tough conversation with an employee, peer or boss is one of the hardest things we do in management.  Unfortunately, most managers would prefer to avoid confronting issues altogether.  Only making matters worse is the strong tendency to avoid an issue until you “can’t take it anymore” and then blowing-up on an employee.  Equally as frustrating for managers, and quite common, is how previously coached items continue to happen.  We can help solve for all of these things.  

In this webinar, we are going to give you some key tips and tricks to confronting issues without being confrontational.  You will leave with a framework from which to approach any challenging conversation, that if followed, will lead you to a higher level of performance personally and organizationally.  You’ll learn why understanding and setting an appropriate goal for the conversation is critical.  You’ll also learn about vulnerability, and how it can build trust, which will help you feel more comfortable approaching an issue.  You will also learn what steps to take during a conversation to minimize the likelihood of repeat instances.  And, should a repeat instance occur, you will be in great shape to address it.
