We appreciate your interest in serving on the RIA Independent Advisory Committee to serve as a voice for the independent companies within RIA. Candidates with the following qualifications, desired skills, and experience will be considered:

Minimum Qualifications

Must be an RIA member in good standing for at least one (1) year
Must complete all application requirements
Ideally have experience supporting the RIA
Classify themselves as an independent with under 10 million in annual revenue

Desired Skills & Experience

Engaged in the restoration and/or reconstruction industry
Demonstrated support of the RIA’s mission and initiatives
Ability to leverage connections and resources to help the RIA advance its strategic plan goals and bring forward the Voice of the Independent
Proven leadership ability

Expectations

Act in the best interests of the RIA and its members
Serve as an ambassador for the RIA and serve as a Voice for the Independent Restorers
