For the Voice of the Independent, we are looking for companies that meet the following profile:
An independently owned restoration company that operates without affiliation to a national brand, franchise system, or corporate ownership structure. These businesses maintain full decision-making authority, with the owner or leadership team directly overseeing operations, strategy, and client relationships.

While independent restorers may serve national clients or participate in contractor networks, they maintain a locally rooted operational footprint, meaning their physical offices, staff, and day-to-day service delivery are based within a specific region or state rather than supported by a multi-state or nationwide branch network.

This distinction centers on operational structure, not the scope of customers served.
