Marketing Task Force
The Marketing Task Force exists to provide strategic oversight and guidance for the RIA’s marketing efforts. Its focus is to ensure marketing efforts effectively position the RIA as the most recognized, trusted, and respected voice in the restoration industry and support membership growth, retention, and engagement.
- Provide strategic input in the development of the RIA’s Marketing & PR plan and content strategy, and provide recommendations to the RIA Board of Directors. Includes content strategy, messaging, contributors, tactics, and content calendar
- Assess the alignment of RIA’s marketing activities with RIA’s overall mission, membership goals, and strategic direction.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and conversion of prospects into RIA members. Includes cross-promotion strategy with partners and platforms that reach RIA’s target audience (ie, TPAs, Verisk, CoreLogic, podcasts, events, media partners, and key influencers). Includes input on strategies for lead generation, expansion of the database (including employees of member companies)
- Evaluate marketing results and monitor ROI for major campaigns and initiatives to inform future resource allocation. Includes input on marketing targets, metrics, reporting, and budget recommendations
- Develop marketing-related policies & guidelines as needed (social media, branding guidelines, etc.) for RIA Board approval.
