Driving Progress: How RIA’s Advocacy is Helping Shape Cotality Enhancements

At the RIA, advocacy isn’t just about conversations—it’s about taking action to create meaningful change that benefits restoration contractors on the ground. Over the past year, the RIA’s Independent Pricing Task Force, consisting of restorers from across the country, has been meeting with Cotality leadership to share feedback on pricing data accuracy and product enhancements.
Cotality has incorporated contractor feedback and is making significant enhancements. The result? More monthly pricing data updates, newly added line items, labor rate adjustments, enhanced integrations, and new training and certifications to meet the needs of restorers.
