Salt Lake City, UT - October 10, 2025 - LearnToRestore.com, the leading provider of restoration training and education and an IICRC-approved school, is excited to announce the construction of its brand-new “Flood House” at its Salt Lake City Training Center. This hands-on training facility is designed to provide restoration professionals with real-world experience in water damage, smoke damage, pack-out, and carpet cleaning, raising restoration education to the next level.
The Flood House will allow students to participate in a complete restoration project, simulating real-life water damage projects by introducing hundreds of gallons of water into the structure. Participants will then perform hands-on restoration and apply industry standards during the project, including:

Moisture mapping affected areas

Determine equipment needs

Install equipment according to industry standards
