Air Travel
Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) is the closest and most convenient option for attendees. Additional nearby airports include Pocatello Regional Airport (PIH), approximately 1 hour away; Jackson Hole Airport (JAC), approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away; and Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes away by car.
Transportation
Many hotels run free airport shuttles, so check when you book. Uber and Lyft are both available, though it's not big-city coverage; give it a few extra minutes and schedule ahead for early flights. There are also local taxis and the usual rental car counters right at the terminal (Avis, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, National). If you're thinking about a Yellowstone or Teton side trip, grab a rental; there's no real public transit.
