Restoration companies cannot rely on just one marketing method, as they will miss a big segment of customers. Given that restoration is largely a numbers game, with more leads giving them a better opportunity to land more jobs, they need to expand their audience using multiple marketing channels. This means that if one channel underperforms, they still have several others generating leads. Firms should use four marketing channels in tandem. Lead generation companies generate calls that are then routed to the restoration firm, allowing them to focus on completing jobs. However, these lead generation companies are marketing the firm's services but not the firm directly. Paid search targets keywords that customers use in searches, with their ads appearing above organic results. Firms can effectively reach customers as long as they research keywords and adjust their bids regularly. Search Engine Optimization involves writing content that includes certain keywords to optimize their content and website to appear in organic results. While it can be a less expensive option, it often requires patience and persistence in order to generate leads. Finally, creating and sharing content on social media increases their visibility and helps customers find their business, but they must provide constant updates and diversify their content to remain engaging.
