Restorer's Perspective: The Value of Premeasured Product Packaging
Improper dilution of concentrate products can lead to loss of efficacy, ultimately resulting in unwanted dirt, debris, load, staining, and microbial contamination. To avoid this problem, firms can purchase pre-measured cleaners. Disinfectants, antimicrobials, and deodorizers are often sold in both ready-to-use and concentrate formulations. Premeasured packaging typically involves the use of small, plastic pouches, each containing a quantity consistent with the dilution rate provided for on the product labeling. These packages provide accurate-strength solutions every time, offer easy storage, reduce product loss, reduce labor costs, and more. Michael Pinto of Wonder Makers Environmental says, "Although ready-to-use products and concentrates in larger containers certainly have their place in the industry, pre-measured packages allow contractors even more flexibility in determining what is right for them."
