Norris Gearhart Bio

Norris Gearhart is a solutions-focused Senior Executive and Consultant with experience spanning construction, disaster response, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceuticals, biotech, logistics, and service as an Officer in the United States Armed Forces. An asset to both startups and established growth-oriented companies, Mr. Gearhart's expertise covers change management, rapid growth strategies, culture change, consensus building, and/or crisis and disaster recovery management. His extensive experience includes remediation, mitigation, public speaking, training and education, organizational development, operations, sales management, business development, project and claims management, and facilities management. He provides technical consulting across the United States, Europe, Asia, Panama, Mexico, and Australia and served as an expert for testimony in numerous legal cases.

Norris has been a council member for the National Institute of Disaster Restoration and on the Board of Directors for the Restoration Industry Association. He has participated as an instructor for the Restoration Industry Association's (RIA) highest professional designation; Certified Restorer (CR), the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and, a Master Trainer for the Construction Infection Control Training Institute (CICTI).
